Delete your account

The Trading Game is operated by ConnexBiz / MWS Digital Agency. You can delete your Trading Game account and game data directly in the app.

Start account deletion

Sign in to The Trading Game, choose the account deletion control in the top bar, and confirm in the app. If you cannot sign in, contact support from your registered email address.

Open The Trading Game

Deletion steps

Open The Trading Game and sign in using the account connected to the game.
Select the Delete Trading Game account control in the top bar.
Review the deletion notice, type DELETE, and confirm.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject “The Trading Game account deletion.”

Data that is deleted

Your Trading Game choices, scores, streaks, achievements, leaderboard association, notification token, and game subscription association are deleted. Your shared ConnexBiz profile and data for other ConnexBiz products remain available.

Data that may be retained

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained when required by law or legitimate compliance obligations. These records are restricted and are not used to continue providing the deleted game account.

Timing and subscriptions

In-app deletion is immediate when the request succeeds. Deleting game data does not cancel App Store, Google Play, or web billing; cancel an active subscription in its billing account before deletion.
