The Trading Game Privacy Policy

The Trading Game is an educational chart-reading game operated by ConnexBiz / MWS Digital Agency. It does not execute trades, connect to an exchange account, or provide financial advice.

Information we collect

Account information such as your email address, display name, and profile identifier when you sign in with Google or passwordless email OTP.
Game activity such as completed rounds, choices, wins, streaks, score, achievements, leaderboard position, and selected timeframe.
Subscription status and purchase-verification identifiers. Google Play or Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including device information, app diagnostics, IP address, session data, analytics events, and a push-notification token if you opt in.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, save progress, calculate achievements and leaderboards, deliver notifications you enable, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve the game. Historical crypto and traditional-market candles are game content and are not linked to any exchange or brokerage account.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers such as Google Firebase for authentication, analytics, and notifications, and our hosting and email providers to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information. Public leaderboard entries may show your display name, score, wins, and game statistics. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, and service integrity.

Security and your choices

Data is encrypted in transit. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in the app or your device settings. You can sign out at any time. You may request deletion through the account deletion page; deleting your account removes or anonymizes associated data subject to required legal and security retention.
