Delete your account

The Trading Game is operated by ConnexBiz / MWS Digital Agency. This page lets players request deletion of their account and associated game data without reinstalling the app.

Start account deletion

Open the secure ConnexBiz account-deletion page, sign in with the same Google account or passwordless email used for The Trading Game, and confirm deletion.

Continue to secure account deletion

Deletion steps

Select “Continue to secure account deletion” above.
Sign in using the account connected to The Trading Game.
Review the deletion notice and confirm your request.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject “The Trading Game account deletion.”

Data that is deleted

Your account profile and The Trading Game data—including saved rounds, choices, scores, streaks, achievements, leaderboard association, notification token, and subscription entitlement association—will be deleted or anonymized.

Data that may be retained

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained when required by law or legitimate compliance obligations. These records are restricted and are not used to continue providing the deleted game account.

Timing and subscriptions

Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel an active subscription in Google Play before deleting your account.
